"After 20+ years of renting in NYC we decided to buy a place of our own in Queens and Suzanne was a great match for us! Suzanne is super responsive, informed, professional, friendly and passionate about NYC. She went above and beyond with us for the co-op package and closing and we were very appreciative for the whole process. Highly recommend." - Suzanne & Brendon

"Working with Suzanne was an absolute pleasure! We were first-time buyers, and she led us through each step of the way with patience and humor. Suzanne went above and beyond, considering our budget, location, and space, and she found us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend working with Suzanne and her team to anyone looking to buy." - Emily & Robert

"Suzanne is the best! She went above and beyond to help me sell my co-op. The local pigeon population did their best to keep that sale from happening, but Suzanne did more to help than I could ever have imagined a real estate agent would, especially because I now live out of state and wasn't able to do much myself. I can't recommend Suzanne more highly." - Lizzy M.

"Suzanne was recommended by our COOP, and she was known for her knowledge of the buildings and quality of transactions. Our complex has been known for the its strict and complex rules. She has a good sense in how to attract and buyer, and when issues arose, she was able to resolve them promptly. She was a very pleasant person to work with, and we feel very lucky to have her!" - Libin & Ivy

"Suzanne is fantastic. She’s a great listener, and was very thoughtful about showing me places based on my budget and what I was looking for, and I never felt pressured in any way. She also knows the Jackson Heights neighborhood & market very well, which is a huge help to finding an apartment and getting through the purchase process. Would (and have) definitely recommend her to any friends looking for a place!" - Audie S.

"Suzanne Adler really is the best. When we were shopping for a real estate agent to sell my apartment, we looked at many factors. Among these were agents who moved a lot of property, who listed properties at or above market value, who closed most of their deals at listing or close to listing price, and whose properties sold fast. We narrowed it down to only a few. After interviewing Suzanne, she was the obvious choice. She is an absolute master in her craft and a wonderful person. She is great at attracting buyers, staging and showcasing a place to promote maximum interest, and negotiating and building buyer investment in a home. Suzanne is a people person, who is a joy to be around, which made me feel great about having her represent me and the sale of my home. She is also a hands-on realtor who does the majority of the leg work herself. Best of all she knows the area and the business. Co-ops actually recommend her services to their occupants. They even ask her to sell building owned apartments that they have had difficulty marketing themselves. She also has many useful contacts and affiliates: movers, cleaners, attorneys, photographers, etc… and like her, they are all top notch. If you need a real estate agent in Jackson Heights or any of the surrounding areas (or anywhere in Queens) and you want someone who is detail oriented, thoughtful, and great at adapting to changing situations – do yourself a favor and contact Suzanne Adler, because she is the most well rounded and talented agent you could hope to find. " - Karl M.

"I met Suzanne on my second viewing during my apartment search journey and instantly felt her sincerity and passion. Suzanne accompanied me to many more viewings and listened to my (endless) needs patiently. Suzanne was flexible with time and educated me on the complicated process of buying a COOP in NY. Suzanne was there with me every step of the way to our closing and supported me through a slow, frustrating closing process. Thank you for being there and making my first buying experience as seamless as possible!" - Maggie C.

"Suzanne found me a great rental apartment in Jackson Heights Queens that was actually BELOW MY BUDGET. She helped with organization and phone calls. And she made sure I locked the apartment in. I also love that she works with needy New Yorkers who are voucher holders to get them apartments and avoid income discrimination. I feel good that she cares about these things. Suzanne even wrote a book about Queens. So she’s a published author, a nice person and a great agent. Hire Suzanne." - Tom C.

"We LOVED working with Suzanne! After our first conversation, she very quickly gauged what my husband and I had in my mind for our new home (style, size, location), and was on the same page based on the listings she shared. Moving from out-of-state was especially stressful, and working with an agent who lives in the same neighborhood we were eyeing was especially comforting (and who is also familiar with Queens and Manhattan on the whole to give us a good comparison of neighborhoods). Throughout the process of working with the other/listing agent and the co-op board Suzanne was thorough, always quick to respond, provided great advice, and became our therapist throughout the process, keeping us calm and grounded. (buying/renting co-ops is not for the faint of heart). We knew she was always acting on our behalf and representing our best interests. I would recommend (and have!) Suzanne to our family and friends in a heartbeat. Triplemint is lucky to have Suzanne working on their team!! " - Paul T.

"Suzanne went above and beyond to sell our apartment! Given the difficulties of this past year, it was such a relief and a comfort to have someone so trustworthy on the ground as we sold our apartment from overseas, making every effort possible to work for us. Her patience is incredible, and her advice is always sound. She knows Queens like the back of her hand. We highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to buy, rent, or sell their home!" - Hannes C.

"First-time buyer and couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Suzanne. She helped me make sense of everything and answered my questions at all steps along the way. Very knowledgeable, communicates well, addressed my needs, and overall very enjoyable to have as a partner in my first homebuying process." - Kevin L.

"Suzanne is absolutely wonderful. Due to my unique circumstances, she was kind enough to handhold me and help me through what was for me, a very grueling process. She found a landlord who would work with my specific needs, and immediately addressed each requirement along the way. I was so glad to have her reassuring presence and experience, from beginning to end. And all of this from a distance, as I am relocating. Thanks to Suzanne, I am now a New Yorker." - Paul C.

"Working with Suzanne was a bliss. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Suzanne was there helping me every step of the way to buy my apartment in a co-op building. You are in very good hands with her!" - Ariane S.

"It has been such a pleasure working with Suzanne during our purchase of a studio co-op in NYC. NYC co-op purchasing process can be very stressful and having an experienced and caring agent like Suzanne made all the difference for us. Suzanne guided us through all the steps of our purchasing journey: she dealt with the seller's agents, arranged viewing on a short notice, and gave objective advice. Once we selected our dream apartment, Suzanne helped us with the co-op application process, including guidance regarding financials, reference letters, etc. She also recommended a great co-op attorney and a local banker for mortgage. Suzanne was there for me when I felt overwhelmed with the huge amount of paperwork that the co-op board requested and helped me complete every single document. She responded to my texts, emails, calls very quickly and was always patient and thoughtful with all my questions and concerns. Although overall process took some time due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can finally say that we are proud owners of NYC real estate! I highly recommend Suzanne without any reservation to anyone who is looking to buy real estate in NYC!!! Don't try to go through this grueling process on your own and get in touch with Suzanne ASAP to get help, attention, and care you need to become a homeowner in NYC." - Kristina S.

"After interviewing 5 real estate brokers in June 2020, we hired Suzanne Adler to sell our Jackson Heights apartment because she really knows the neighborhood and knew lots of potential buyers for our apartment. The apartment was listed on Tuesday, and it was shown 2 times to 4 buyers, and we received 2 offers both above asking. We accepted the cash offer by Sunday morning. The transaction with the buyer and coop was seamless, and stress free. Suzanne is professional, answers all our calls and emails promptly. If she didn’t know the answer to a question, she knew who would and always got back to us, even with difficult tax questions. Covid makes everything a little more challenging, but Suzanne prescreened all the buyers to make sure they were serious and would be accepted by our coop board. We highly recommend Suzanne Adler and would definitely use her services again in the future. " - Jay S.

"My husband and I just purchased an apartment in a co-op building in the historic area of Jackson Heights. We have both sold and bought other properties and have a fair perspective on the range of quality in partnerships with real estate agents. Suzanne surpassed all our expectations. She knew the neighborhood very well and spent the right amount with us to have a deeper understanding of what we were looking for. She was extremely professional but also very in touch with and aware of the emotional toll these conversations can take, negotiating for us with persistence and helping us navigate the ups and downs of real estate purchases in NYC. We are thrilled with our apartment and have the bonus of now counting Suzanne as a friend and neighbor. We highly recommend Suzanne!" - Karen N.

"Suzanne was the perfect realtor partner for me, as she took the time to understand what I was looking for, never pushed me to make a decision, and was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to purchase in. She always communicated promptly and was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Once I did find my dream apartment, she guided me through the purchase process and provided valuable insights, as well as helpful contacts. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for purchase a home - no matter your budget." - Bettina B.

"Suzanne is a rare gem - she listens, is super organized, and did a phenomenal job with due diligence and assembling my board package. She helped me nab the co-op apartment of my dreams during a crazy busy time. Without her, I’m not sure I would have had the time to go for it and am so glad I did...I love my new home so much, thank you Suzanne!!" - Rebecca F.

"Suzanne is hands down the best broker I have dealt with, and I’ve lived in the city for over 11 years. She is lightning fast with her responses, which was always appreciated. She accommodated us at different times and was even responsive while she was away! She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She’s also a very sweet and professional individual. Just know that if you are dealing with Suzanne, you are in very good hands and you will ultimately find what you are looking for. Thanks for all your help, Suzanne." - Neha D.

"I was looking to sublet my coop and Suzanne did an excellent job finding a tenant and brokering a lease contract. She made an otherwise convoluted process completely seamless, always going out of her way to take care of virtually every part of this process. This is something I appreciate so much given my busy schedule. She made it such an easy process! Also, I feel she negotiated a really fair lease contract and I am very happy with the tenant we found. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good broker!" - Jennifer C.

"Very Professional and Competent." - Tania M.
