Susy always had a passion for real estate, and started her real estate career in 2002. As a proud member of the Compass leadership team she implements her skills to ensure we provide a world class real estate experience for all
As a real estate broker and a licensed instructor she has been able to coach and mentor real estate agents for the past 20 plus years. The Cuban American always had her heart set on living out the American dream of home ownership. At the young age of 18 she accomplished this goal and hopes to help everyone achieve their goals and aspirations.
In her prior roll as a managing broker she transformed the office she led into one of the best producing offices in the nation. Recognized by her leadership she was award Presidents Council 3 years in a row ranking her in the top 100 real estate brokers nationwide at her prior brokerage.
Her in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and commitment to serving others is reflected in her leadership and admiration by all those around her. Compass is proud to have her leading the Boca Raton office which holds the #1 spot in market share for 2021. A true testament to the quality, dedication and service provided to the community by Susy, the Boca staff and especially the real estate agents she supports
