Susan Ward

Susan Ward is a licensed real estate agent with Latter & Blum, the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in the Gulf South, boasting more than twenty-five offices throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Southern Mississippi. As of April 2024, Latter & Blum Inc. joined with Compass Real Estate, becoming the largest company of real estate professionals with tens of thousands of agents nationwide.

Susan has been active in residential real estate sales for five years, following her retirement from the corporate world in California, where she spent many years as a company administrator working with the public in both the legal and home improvement industries. She chose real estate for her new career path because she understands the vital role of a ""detail manager"" to handle and oversee all facets of selling or buying a home.

An alumna of the University of California, Long Beach, Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Northshore Area Board of Realtors® (NABOR), and New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (NOMAR).
