About Susan
Susan has worked in New York real estate for over 25 years, and has always been a top producer. Since 1996, Susan has had a long stellar career at Stribling, and now Compass. Her success comes from sincere dedication and a thorough understanding of the market. Valuing loyalty and integrity above all else, Susan does her absolute best to make sure each transaction proceeds as smooth and successful as possible - for every customer, whether a first-time buyer or high net-worth individual. She has participated in many high-end luxury sales but has customers and exclusives that range in location and price range. Her accomplishments have resulted in a network of relationships with past customers that continues to enhance both her business and her personal life.
While maintaining a strong re-sale business, Susan has also served as an exclusive sales and marketing agent on a number of prime Manhattan developments including 129 Grand Street, 27 Leonard Street, 19 Bond Street, 62 Cooper Square, 62 Beach Street, 7 Wooster Street, 60 Orchard Street, 304 Bowery Street, 60 Tiffany Place, 145 Park Place, 453 West 19th Street, 261 West 25th Street, 234 East 23rd, 221 West 77th Street, 210 West 77th Street, 6 Cortlandt Alley, 250 West 81st Street, 150 Rivington, 150 East 78th Street and 470 Columbus. She has also worked with developers from acquisition and planning stages all the way through to the finished product on several buildings. While on some development projects on the UWS and UEW, she assisted in several complicated combinations deals priced well over $30 million, including some PH deals closing for record numbers. Her work ethic and skill have resulted in quick and profitable turnover for both sponsors and owners re-selling. She is an expert in the luxury market but also all markets.
Susan is originally from New England and a real estate family. She attended Stoneleigh Burnham School in MA and Syracuse University. She has a BFA and MFA in painting and art history. She is also alumni of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. She enjoys horse back riding, scuba, sailing and skiing. Her favorite activity is spending time with her two children and visiting NYC many museums!
