Susan Spiegel

Susan has been an innovative marketing and sales entrepreneur for over 35 years. As a Realtor, she has guided property sellers and buyers on the Monterey Peninsula since 2005. A consistently ranked top producer, she has sold a wide range of residential properties: oceanfront condos, vacant land, luxury estates, and more. Susan combines her passion for helping people with her acute business skills and an ability to “think outside the box” to get deals done. She is an adept negotiator and staunch advocate for her clients.

Before moving to Carmel, CA over 20 years ago, Susan lived in Boston, NYC, NJ, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. She studied photography, art, and psychology, graduating with honors from Boston University. Prior to her real estate career, she created, owned, and operated a successful, internationally renowned fine art business, with a gallery in Philadelphia. A lifelong dedicated volunteer and community leader, Susan has been involved and served on the boards of many nonprofits. She served as President of the Board of Directors for The Food Bank for Monterey County. She led the board through the onset of the pandemic when the Food Bank rose to the challenge of providing emergency food assistance to nearly half of the county’s population.

Susan lives in Carmel with her sweet husband Irwin and Bowie (named after David Bowie), their SPCA-adopted fur-baby poodle mix, 11 lbs of pure love.
