I do not think anyone knows the Gleannloch Farms market better than Susan and keeps tabs on what is happening within the Gleannloch Farms Community better than Susan does. When it comes to preparation, Susan is excellent at identifying what needs to be done and when. Susan s staging suggestions were simple, reasonable, and cost effective. I even learned some great home improvement tips that I cannot wait to implement on my next home. I strongly suggest doing what Susan recommends, allowing her to see where things are headed, and implementing any suggested tweaks when needed. It made a huge difference in our case. When it comes to offers and amendments, Susan's negotiating skills are the best. She thinks outside the box in complex situations and foresaw problems that others did not identify.
