Susan was helpful with all aspects of preparing to sell, finding attorney, and dealing with unexpected intrusion of neighbor's A/C on my property, discovered when title company surveyed property. (To be honest, what really helped was that the buyer's attorney knew the attorney whose A/C unit intruded onto my property, but I'm sure Susan would have figured out how to handle it.)
