About Susan
Drawn by her hobby of buying, remodeling, and selling older homes (over 50 to date) Susan earned her Real Estate License in 1993 after leaving a 15-year career in the Banking Industry. Raised in Austin she fully appreciates the history, style, and laid-back reputation that has made Austin such a special place. She enjoys the experience of meeting people from all walks of life as she serves them in achieving their real estate goals. Whether you are a first-time buyer, empty nester, investor, or remodeler Susan will go the extra mile to help you understand the Austin market and how it relates to your personal buying or selling decision.
Susan's clients value her knowledge, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and easy-going manner. She has an amazing eye for detail and can see the potential in even some of the most challenging houses. Her clients have found her ability to guide them through prepping for the sale and seeing the potential in a property to be invaluable time and again.
Susan’s genuine nature and good spirits extend beyond her career in real estate. A single mother of 2 and grandmother to 3 Susan has persevered and knows what it takes to “create a home for generations,” even if you don't stay at one address.
In her personal time, she is committed to sharing the blessings she has received, with the Austin community, as an active member in Drive-A-Senior ATX and advocate for both Habitat for Humanity and Foundation Communities.
