"The number of neighborhoods and the number of miles that DFW contains can make the process of narrowing down a search to a single home very difficult. Being from out of state with no prior knowledge of what each area has to offer even made articulating what we wanted a challenge. Luckily, one of our prospective jobs matched us with Susan. She was warm and had a charming personality, but what made her standout from others was her ability to quickly "get us." "I was introduced to Susan by my neighbor of 49 years. I had no idea the blessing that would be. My mother passed away in 2021 and as you could expect I was a mess and had no idea what I was doing.
