Susan Cahill-Tully

Susan is a multi million dollar producing real estate professional who has used her expertise in negotiation, and advertising to achieve hundreds of smooth and successful real estate transactions for her sellers and buyers since 2004.

Prior to her career in real estate, Susan followed her passion for helping others as a shock trauma and neonatal nurse for over 25 years. It was in this career that she learned important skills she brings to real estate including collaboration with her colleagues, multi-tasking, compassionate listening, honesty and professionalism. Her attention to detail, energy, drive and enthusiasm is unmatched.

Following her career in nursing, the transition to real estate was easy. Susan has personally bought and sold properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and DC since 1982 and has an extensive knowledge of the area as well as a keen sense of how to get her clients the maximum value for their money. Susan is extremely dedicated to her clients and her service to them continues far beyond the end of each transaction. She is always available to help in any way she can.
