She is kind, honest, knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. We purchased a newly constructed home. Anyone who has gone through the process of buying a new construction knows that many potential problems may arise. Ours was not an exception! Specifically, we had a difficult time with the lender, a window was broken, and the tiles installed in the bathroom were not the ones we selected at the studio.
