" We met Su Mei, our superstar realtor with Compass last summer during an open house. At the time, selling and buying a replacement house was simply a far fetch idea with no real structure or plan, and we really did not have the appetite for the kind of stress we would have to endure. " If you're looking for an incredible agent in this crazy Bay Area market, Su Mei Wu needs to be at the top of your list. We found Su Mei at a point where we'd basically given up on selling our condo. We listed in Spring 2021, but got completely low balled to the point we pulled our home off the market. Enter Spring 2022, and from our first conversations with Su Mei, she was confident and optimistic our unit could sell at the price we were looking for despite our ideas otherwise. We put our trust in her, and we are so glad that we did because our condo sold for the price we wanted after just one week on the market and one weekend of open houses.
