When looking for our next apartment, we had a condensed timeline in which to search for a place, sign a lease, and then move (about 3 months). Sugandhi met with my wife and I to understand our situation. She explained nuances of the market in ways that were very relieving and in short order was presenting us with some relevant listings that were really encouraging right away.

When we were ready, Sugandhi traveled with us all over Chicago on visits and open houses. We saw a plethora of places and as we went she encouraged us to keep an open mind but to not settle for a place that didn't work for us and our family. Eventually, she found a place for us that was perfect. She shepherded us through the application process expeditiously and even after we signed connected us with movers to help smooth our transition.

She exceeded her role even after the fact; contacting the build team for our new place and offering advice and her insight when we did run into some unforeseen and unforeseeable friction after we moved in.
