"This review will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Steve Lenz Jr. He assisted me with the purchase of a primary home residence in Danville, California in 2020. I have gotten to know many real estate brokers and agents over the years and can say with confidence that Steve is the best agent and I am happy that he worked for me on one of the most important purchases in my life. Steve has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective RE agent. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. Steve handled a rough situation and high pressure newly formed environment with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect from a very smooth transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was him no- nonsense style. As a busy entrepreneur, producer, investor and an executive, I don’t have time to waste. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client’s time. He does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to my late night texts and emails after midnight. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Steve has a pool of connections on speed dial, who are standing by to jump in to resolve any challenges (home owners insurance, termite inspection, loan officers). I have the highest level of confidence in him. My transaction went anything but smoothly due to the pandemic, but we closed escrow and got the job done. As mentioned above, he represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. My offer beat out 6 other offers on my dream home! I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex.
