About Steven
Steven’s approach to real estate extends beyond the basic buying and selling of property. He believes strongly in the importance of fostering positive, lasting relationships while supporting friends, family and clients through every step of their journey toward achieving their real estate dreams and goals.
Born and raised in a small town in Canada, Steven learned at an early age to be grateful and thankful for who and what you have in your life and making your surroundings as warm and welcoming as possible. A passion for education, natural curiosity and a desire for constant personal growth led Steven to Paris, France where he lived, worked and went to university while travelling extensively in his time off. That, along with more than 30 years working and living in Toronto, one of the most multiracial cities in the world, formed a great foundation for life in culturally diverse Hawaii and an appreciation for the “Ohana” and “Aloha” spirits of the islands.
Steven embraces the importance of education, integrity, honesty and consistent communication in real estate relationships and transactions. He has the experience and knowledge to partner with you through every aspect of your purchase or sale with professionalism and attention to detail to ensure your peace of mind. As part of an award-winning team and a proud member of Compass, Steven has the resources and backing to market your home to the widest audience, negotiate your best price and ensure you are comfortable and understand every step of the real estate process whether buying or selling.
Settling in Hawaii Kai, Steven enjoys the Marina lifestyle, the community feel and the easy access to outdoor activities with Koko Crater, Hanauma and Maunalua Bays and beautiful Waimanalo Beach in his backyard.
Licensed to sell real estate in both Canada and Hawaii, Steven gives back to both communities through Children’s Foundation, Women’s Shelter, Toys for Tots, World Wildlife Fund and The Humane Society. He supports the Diamond Head Theater and is a member of the screening and executive committees of the Honolulu Jewish Film Festival.
Values and Mission: Integrity, Quality of Service, Personal and Professional Growth
“Real Estate is fun!”
