Steven Edwards

Steven began in real estate in 2004 while attending The University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating in 2006 with a finance degree specializing in real estate (with minors in accounting + philosophy/pre-law), he moved to Dallas where he began working for a Perot company. Here, he focused on commercial real estate development and investments globally. Prior to graduating, Steven worked for various commercial real estate firms including time focusing on debt + structured finance where he gained a broad spectrum of experience and his interest in real estate expanded. Steven prioritizes education and commits a significant amount of time staying abreast of changes in the multi-faceted real estate profession. He leverages this education to help inform + elevate those he serves.

Steven and his bride Happiness have two beautiful daughters, Gianna and Hannah Grace, and a spirited son, Jaxon. They are also proud grandparents to Boston.  Their family call Zao Church home and are active in their community including Lake Travis Youth Association sports. Currently residing in Spicewood, they have plans to establish permanent roots in Old Lakeway.  Steven + Happiness are active real estate investors with 20+ personal transactions to date including residential, commercial, and land + ranch across central Texas. They have an affinity for waterfront and uniquely positioned assets.

Steven previously served on the Austin Board of REALTORS® Budget Committee, MLS Enforcement and Compliance Task Forces, and the Professional Standards Advisory Group. At the state level, he serves on the Texas REALTORS® Risk Mitigation Advisory Group and previously served on the Professional Standards Committee.
