Steve Springer has been passionate about real estate since moving from Chicago to San Diego in 2004. He specializes in the Coastal areas of San Diego while selling homes all over the county. Steve's years of experience as a Broker and extensive training have made him an expert all things San Diego Real Estate.  He possesses a deep knowledge on coastal zone properties, the property restrictions, exceptions, and potential usages. He is focused on serving his client’s needs. Steve ran his own successful brokerage for 9 years prior to joining Compass in 2019.
