Born and raised on the Westside and a third-generation Japanese-American, Steve attended local Catholic elementary and high schools, Santa Monica College, UCLA, and Cal State Northridge. His son, Justin, is an agent with the WSA team with hopes of creating his own real estate legacy. His son Spencer works for a real estate developer building luxury housing, and his daughter Bianca works in software sales. Steve currently lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife, Pat, and their two dogs, Roo and Enzo.
