"Steve Nader is an exceptional agent, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. We had initially hired another agent to sell a family house that needed some special attention. The first agents lacked the skillset to market it properly - and while we received multiple offers over the course of many weeks and open houses, each one fell through and each subsequent offer was lower and lower.
