About Steve
I’m a second-generation Realtor born and raised in San Luis Obispo and am celebrating my 40th year in the local real estate market.
I’m involved in the local Association of Realtors and have served as both a Local and State director, past president, and currently chair the association’s Legislative Committee. I have been twice honored as Realtor of the Year.
My involvement with the California Association of Realtors has given me the opportunity to be involved at a state level dealing hands-on with many aspects of the real estate industry. In 2019 I will be the vice-chair of the Defense Strategy Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Local Government Relations Forum.
I regularly advocate for housing and I have worked closely with the development community in the processing, sales, and management of housing developments.
I feel blessed to have survived this many years in an industry that has dealt with many challenging market changes and directions. I have great respect for this industry and I’m thankful to have maintained many wonderful relationships with past buyers, sellers, and Realtors that I have dealt with over the years. I look forward to continuing working with past clients and welcoming new relationships.
I have a wonderful wife, Sandra, and one son, Matthew.
