Sterling came to the world of real estate through finance, where he was a stockbroker for over 25 years, providing an invaluable foundation for his career in real estate. Raised on Lido Isle, Sterling attended Newport Elementary, Ensign Middle School, Newport Harbor High and graduated from UCLA. Sterling loves living back on Lido where he and his wife Catherine are raising their two children. With roots in Newport Beach and Southern California that span five generations, Sterling is extremely knowledgeable about the area and loves introducing clients to his beloved hometown, where he is also proud to be an active member of the community.
