Sterlin Boyce

Sterlin is a real estate broker and a sixth-generation native of the Texas Hill Country. He resides on his family's hunting and cattle ranch near Utopia, TX that they have continued to operate for more than a century. His unique rural upbringing gives him unparalleled knowledge of the land, wildlife, vegetation, and history of central and south Texas. Sterlin’s firsthand ranching knowledge and over 10 years of real estate experience make him an asset to anyone buying or selling land.

Sterlin graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics. He received his real estate license in 2012 and his broker license in 2022. His past experience includes working in the oil & gas industry, wildlife business, and formerly as a licensed appraiser.
