"I don’t think there’s any need to explain how stressful buying a house in the Bay Area can be. I just got the key to my new house last week, which is wonderful, but it was also a very difficult and trying transaction. Fortunately for me my agent just happened to be a real estate Ninja! Steph did all of the things right and went above and beyond for much of it. From listening to what I wanted and actively looking for things that fit the description, to going through the acceptance letter point by point, to communicating directly with my attorney and escrow, to playing hardball with the seller, and most importantly, calming my nerves while I was a frazzled mess - she was my champion! Immediately after Steph took me on my second viewing of my dream home I went out of town and she submitted the bid while I was away. We countered back-and-forth three times all via phone/text/email. But Steph had a vacation planned and by the time my offer was accepted she was in Denmark. Did that stop her from calling me to let me know that my offer was accepted? No it did not.
