About Stephanie
I was born in California where I lived for about ten years before moving to Lake Oswego, Oregon, which I consider home. I moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, and after graduating with a degree in finance, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
I worked as an accountant after college and then as a project manager at Ivey Imaging, where I managed the details of several large accounts, including Nike and Adidas. In 2007, I jumped at the opportunity to try my hand at real estate. I began as a client manager for a a small firm and after about a year, decided to break out on my own and moved to Windermere in Queen Anne. After a decade Windermere, I made the to in 2018 to take advantage of the cutting edge tools and technology they provide to , which will ultimately give me more time to dedicate to the people that matter most: my clients.
I am dedicated to serving my clients' needs and am committed to helping them reach their goals. I work around a customer service-based model and was voted as a "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate " for the last five years. l enjoy all avenues of a real estate transaction, from negotiations to closing and everything in-between. In 2010 I obtained my designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert, and continue to place a high importance on ongoing education as a real estate expert in today's ever-changing market.
I absolutely love exploring Seattle’s unique neighborhoods and have lived in nearly every one of them. I currently live in Magnolia with my husband Blade and our three kids, Alistair, Taylor and Blade Jr. I also have a passion for interior design and transforming rooms using vintage and re-purposed items, and have a sweet spot for modern design and architectural styles.
