"We began our relationship with the Julia Hoagland Team (specifically Sandra Levykh and Stephane Guerrier as our Buyers Agents) in July, 2023. Our initial intent was to find our daughter an UWS Co-Purchase/Gift Co-op in lieu of her continuing to rent in NYC. About Stephane
Stephane is a member of  Mary Barbrack Teama group of renowned real estate agents known for being innovative and creative thinkers who bring transparency to the Manhattan marketplace through comprehensive data collection and analysis, market research and a gift for interpretation.

Originally from Port Au Prince, Haiti, Stephane has resided in New York City for over 30 years and is a homeowner in West Harlem. Prior to joining , Stephane worked for a boutique real estate brokerage and before that handled luxury sales at Bergdorf Goodman for 17 years. This is where she learned the art of not only meeting client’s expectations but exceeding them. Her honesty and integrity helped build a clientele that rewarded her with repeat business and referrals. With her passion of the New York City landscape, drive to succeed, approachable demeanor, and recognized customer service. Stephane earned her BS in Psychology at Hunter College and enjoys international travel, cutting edge fashion, arts, dancing and spending quality time with her family (especially her beloved nieces and nephews).
