"We began our relationship with the Julia Hoagland Team (specifically Sandra Levykh and Stephane Guerrier as our Buyers Agents) in July, 2023. Our initial intent was to find our daughter an UWS Co-Purchase/Gift Co-op in lieu of her continuing to rent in NYC.
