Her performance during the last sale took the cake! We put the house on the market Saturday, by Tuesday she showed up with 3 solid offers that she had gone over and printed out for us. She explained the details on each and advice us on which one to counter on and how to do it so as to make it binding -avoiding any "change of hearts" at a later date. That part was important to us since we were in the process of moving to Europe, in fact we left before the closing date entrusting Steph to take care of the details. In fact this was the 5th time she did a closing for us in absentia :) never a problem.
