āI appreciated Sparky & Katie's honesty, positive attitude and their hard work. But what I appreciated most is that they took care of many of the important details in selling my " fixer upper" house I either didn't have the time or the expertise to handle. They did everything from arranging for a contractor to fix the home, a roofer to do repairs, a handyman to fix the fence, a termite company to tent the house and a furniture company to stage it. And she always endeavored to get me the best price. In short they went way beyond " selling" the house. They managed the whole process of refurbishing it and then selling it. On another note, when negotiations seemed like they might stall, Katie was there with a well thought our compromise which got the negotiations going again. A realtor doesn't get any better than Sparky & Katie Pond!ā
