Sparks is a California native and moved to Venice, California in 1995. Though he has had other careers, he’s always had an innate sensibility for real estate.
The son of a real estate broker and developer, Sparks has a discerning eye for architectural detail and design and his extensive background in construction provides him the vision to see the highest potential in any property. He has also designed, built and remodeled numerous properties in the Venice and Los Angeles area.
