Mrs. Sahni came to us recommended by a friend. She immediately started helping us find and apartment while we were still in Puerto Rico. She asked us what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find us a place that is affordable and a great starting place for us. She responded quickly to our concerns, answered our questions the best she could, made sure we understood everything and was overall kind and, frankly, awesome to us. We would recommend her to ANYONE, 10/10.

If I could give her all the stars, I would. Sonu (Neha) went through a long, arduous condo buying process with me. She was very responsive to questions and did some research that helped us negotiate a lower price with the seller. This speaks to her work ethic and integrity as a lower bid worked against her own interest (lower offer means she gets paid less because commission is a percentage). I was an out of town buyer and she did virtual tours for me and was willing to do anything she could to help me find the right place and process the sale-even sending me the keys after closing (as I was out of town). The deal ended up falling through at the last minute because the seller made some unreasonable demands. Sonu didn't skip a beat in trying to help me find an apt as it was my only option given my time frame, even though some of the places I was looking at wouldn't offer her a commission. She even refused to take the money I offered for her help. Its clear that her priority is serving the client and it felt like her mission was to help me vs earning money. Sonu is a great person and a skilled real estate agent. Would not hesitate to hire her for any future dealings.

I was originally very nervous and not well educated on the process, but Sonu made me feel comfortable and never pressured me. She was passionate and respectful, and I never once felt I was getting different treatment because of my lower budget. I will recommend Sonu to every single one of my friends, and I would never want to go with anyone else the next time I buy in Chicago. Her unrivaled advice and knowhow, combined with her dedication and reliability, made her the best agent I could have dreamed of. If you have the opportunity, you cannot go wrong with Sonu.
