From the very beginning we knew Sondra was right for us! She was kind and professional. She did her research and had knowledge about things that we needed to know on the spot. She never let anything slip by and and was thorough. She made sure we knew what was going on at all times, she checked the paperwork, she verified the inspection items, she was on top of it so we knew she had us taken care of. Most of all she listened to us and what we were looking for. She answered every call and text promptly.
