She is honest, straightforward and not easily flummoxed. Simone's emotionally generous and charismatic personality makes the complexities of the real estate journey seem much less daunting.

Working with the late broker extraordinaire Debra Kameros of The Debra Kameros Team, Simone continues to benefit from the unparalleled expertise and resources Debra established. The relationship lives on beyond the collaborative process, with Simone carrying forward Debra’s legacy of working closely with her clients, developing enduring relationships and still maintaining an ever-growing list of trusted resources for her clients, from painters and home organizers to babysitters and pet groomers. It was Debra’s wish that Vicki Musso, a 29 year veteran of the industry, take over her business and team. Simone is now a vital part of The Musso Team.

Prior to joining Compass, Simone was on the Debra Kameros Team at another large brokerage. Before her career in real estate, she owned a graphic design business, focusing on non-profit organizations, whose print projects provided many challenges. This experience translates well to working in real estate—solving a different kind of puzzle of matching client with property. Simone understands your desires and requirements, and with an eye for architecture and design, she’s able to visualize the hidden possibilities in every property.

A native of New York City and graduate of Stuyvesant High School, Simone studied architecture and graphic design at Syracuse University. She continues to do pro bono design work for several non-profits. She is passionate about the architecture and history of Manhattan, and discovering hidden delights throughout the city, especially downtown. Simone is a founding member and secretary of her block association’s Board of Directors, was on the Board of Directors of an organic farm's CSA for 10 years, and volunteers at a homeless shelter with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time in Fire Island with family and friends and loves to travel. Simone is a longtime resident of Chelsea and the mother of two delightful adults.
