About Simon
Hello, I’m Simon…

I moved to the Bay Area as a child and have lived in a multitude of cities in the East Bay. I feel I bring both a personal and professional experience that comes from living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. It has so much to offer and I would love to introduce you to the many micro-neighborhoods throughout the East Bay. Covering a wide territory, I am able to listen to exactly what you are looking for and help you identify the neighborhoods that would be the best fit.

My wife and partner, Saraya, and I have been honored to guide our amazing clients to success in making over 1000 dreams come true. We know that everyone is unique and requires a personalized approach. We understand that buying and selling can be very stressful. We are committed to your success and will make the buying and selling process as easy, rewarding and timely as possible.

We will prepare you with a step by step strategy to ensure you feel well-prepared before we begin, well-educated during the process, and successful at the end in achieving your real estate goals.

Not only do I love real estate and assisting our clients through the buying and selling process, I love the East Bay and all it has to offer. I am an avid tennis player, trail runner, dirt biker, beachcomber, and lifelong Warriors fan! Saraya and I have had the fortune of living in Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasant Hill, Orinda, Moraga, and Lafayette. We have raised our two children in most of those cities and are so excited at their success in all areas of their lives. Max is a member of the “Stang Gang” at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo since graduating from Acalanes High School and Cole attends Max’s rival high school, Campolindo, in Moraga. We get great joy in seeing many of our clients become families and watch their children grow in the same communities we raised ours in. We look forward to helping you grow roots in the wonderful communities of the East Bay.
