Prior to starting her real estate career, she worked in the financial industry as a municipal bond trader and portfolio manager at Montgomery Securities. Shenna and her husband, Eric, designed and built their first home as owner-builders. Since then, Shenna has completed two major remodels plus a legal 2 bedroom unit. She has a keen sense for size and space and sees opportunities in homes that not all see. She has owned rental property for almost 20 years, and she has extensive lending experience.

Personal Information
Shenna and Eric live in Mill Valley. They raised their children here and are proud parents of two UCSC graduates. They own a much-loved architectural house in Point Richmond and have a strong fondness for this wonderful community. “We built our very first home on a steep lot near downtown and both our children were born in the Point”. Both Shenna and Eric are very passionate about architecture and design and the special feel a well-designed homes have. Born and raised in Denmark, Shenna attributes her ‘tell it like it is’ attitude to her Danish roots. The analytical side of her loves to leverage market trends and statistics to guide her clients into making wise investments. “I love being a resource, sharing my experience and creating friendships for life along the way.”

When we decided to sell our home we like nearly everyone else needed to find a realtor with whom we could work. Our goals were simple. We wanted to maximize the sale revenue and minimize our effort. We selected Shenna Moe to represent us and market our home.She came over to assess the property and begin to develop a marketing plan for our property. I was impressed with her thoroughness and depth of detail as her plan developed. She worked with a stager who helped structure the staging of the house a photographer who took the pictures used to market the house using print and internet and a mover who helped us move things out during the staging time. All the documents were easily signed over the internet without leaving wherever we were. She sent reports of comps in the neighborhood and general reports of real estate transactions throughout the area. She was always quickly available by phone or email.
