Shay was a fabulous realtor I would recommend to anyone without reservation. She went above and beyond in helping us secure our first ever property purchase in Hawaii. Her local knowledge helped guide is to the best possible location for our child's school. It was a challenging process to find a house while living on the mainland. Shay would tour the homes and send us videos that were detailed with attention to detail. We were outbid or back up offers on several properties. Then Shay facilitated an accepted offer without any competition. We were the first to see the house which we closed on before an open house or other bids came in. Without this expert tactic, I do not think we would have the house we are in today! When it came time for the inspection, Shay was kind enough to give me a ride from the airport and to the property, which saved me renting a car. She also patiently answered our endless amounts of questions, and compassionately dealt with our anxiety and cold-feet in making such a big purchase (for us at least). Additionally, she has continued to support us, when we ask for a recommendation for home repair professionals. And finally, her knowledge of the native plants in our new garden is astounding.
