Shayna Glaser

Shayna Glaser was born in Toronto and studied English and Marketing at York University. She moved to New York City in 2012 and for the past decade has worked in all aspects of the real estate industry, combining her passion for real estate investments, love for Manhattan, and expert skills in sales and marketing. Her career began at a boutique Upper East Side firm where she focused on uptown co-ops, condos and investments. From there, Shayna began working on the corporate side of the business at Realogy, where she covered title insurance sales for all of the Manhattan Corcoran, and Citi Habitats offices. She then went on to join the team at Royal Abstract, the City’s leading commercial real estate title company, where she covered their residential division working alongside Manhattan's most prominent investors and developers, and quickly became a top producer at the company.

As a mom of two little girls, Shayna found her calling back in residential sales at Compass where she has the ability to assist families, individuals, and investors in the most important decision of their lives: finding their home. Shayna is known by her clients and colleagues to be patient, understanding, detail-oriented, loyal, and always gets the deal done. Many of her clients have become life-long friends through the home buying process. Shayna is a top-producing broker at Compass and works on the Hicham Elkerdoudi team, which is ranked in the top 1% of real estate teams in the nation.
