"Been looking for the perfect home for months on end? Let me guess, half the time that perfect looking property is already "under contract" by the time you try to schedule a viewing or you end up in a loosing bidding war. We went in having heard horror stories of offers falling through at various stages and were extremely anxious, but Shawn held our hands through the process and even managed to make house hunting enjoyable! He was able to quickly understand what we were looking for in our first home (at times better than us!) and lined up showings accordingly. Even in instances where we asked to see terrible houses we found on our own, Shawn was patient and supportive while pointing out all potential issues.
