"Sharon Lear was recommended to us by a friend who knew her from both Chicago and Southwest Florida and spoke very highly of her. We were not disappointed. Our initial interaction was late in the spring 2023 to locate a seasonal rental for 2024. She located a fantastic place for us and even visited it personally, and facetimed with us, as we were out of town. Falling in love with the area, we decided to buy in the spring of 2024. There was never any question that Sharon would be our agent as her knowledge of the Naples/Bonita Springs market was immediately obvious and impressive. She had an understanding of virtually every community and strove to find the perfect fit for us. We were shocked by the phenomenal number of homes/condos available and her command of real estate databases, software, and other tools was a godsend!
