"I was moving from Dallas to Chicago at the end of 2022 with less than 6 weeks to pull the trigger on a new place. I needed something close to work and fast. I was coming back and forth between Dallas and Chicago but didn’t have much time during the day to tour buildings. Sharon knew this and made great use of our time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and only showed me units that met my criteria. Ultimately, she found a great place a block from my work that fit all my requirements, but I couldn’t fly back before the end of the year to see it for myself. She walked me through on Facetime and gave me her honest feedback. I felt so comfortable and reassured by her approval that I moved forward with the place without ever stepping foot in the unit. The rest of the process was a breeze, and when I arrived in Chicago, it was exactly as I had hoped. What a relief to not have the worry and stress. Sharon truly made what would have been a difficult experience a complete walk in the park and I couldn’t be more grateful.

"Sharon Lear was recommended to us by a friend who knew her from both Chicago and
Southwest Florida and spoke very highly of her. We were not disappointed.
Our initial interaction was late in the spring 2023 to locate a seasonal rental for 2024.
She located a fantastic place for us and even visited it personally, and facetimed with
us, as we were out of town. Falling in love with the area, we decided to buy in the
spring of 2024. There was never any question that Sharon would be our agent as her
knowledge of the Naples/Bonita Springs market was immediately obvious and
impressive. She had an understanding of virtually every community and strove to find
the perfect fit for us. We were shocked by the phenomenal number of homes/condos
available and her command of real estate databases, software, and other tools was a
godsend! She was able to pinpoint only qualified options (including those that were dog
friendly!) making the visits extremely efficient. We had a lot of fun with her on our home
tours and appreciated her professional style: direct but not pushy. Additionally, Sharon
has a network of ancillary real estate professionals: mortgage bankers, insurance
agents, home watch companies, etc., that she encouraged us to contact directly with
questions. Very helpful!
As we are “young” retirees, it is not out of the question that we will buy again in the not-
