About Sharon
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Sharon relocated to the northeast in 1988. She was recognized as one of the region’s leading property management professionals, providing 20-plus years of highly focused and driven management and marketing experience. Her flagship achievement was securing renters for 8,000 luxury apartment rentals, known today as Port Imperial in West New York, New Jersey, from the New York City market through creative marketing efforts. During this period, she served on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Apartment Association, leading legislative efforts in Trenton, New Jersey to benefit the more than 160,000 apartment homes in the state of New Jersey.
In 2004, Sharon decided to step down from her high-profile professional career to concentrate on what she discovered to be a more personally satisfying and enriching opportunity, being a mother with a concentration on philanthropy. During this time, she served on the Englewood Hospital Medical and Foundation boards and the Women’s Rights Information Center in Englewood, New Jersey. This center provides essential programs and services to women to overcome obstacles they face to become economically able to support themselves. She continues to serve as a Director on the Alpine Board of Education, the Education Foundation of Alpine, Inc., and Hope & Heroes; which is a Children’s Cancer Fund that funds the Oncology Center at Columbia University Medical Center.
Today, Sharon’s longstanding commitment to exceeding expectations has made her a premier sales associate where she represents homes in Alpine and surrounding towns. She handles every transaction with equal measures of motivation, discretion, and proficiency. Sharon’s multi-million dollar portfolio of fine real estate continues to flourish, driven by a powerful personal network of high-net clients from around the world. A multi-talented professional known for her unflagging work ethic and outstanding negotiating skills, she specializes in presenting a variety of homes throughout Bergen county, including a collection of high-end properties and estate homes.
Sharon is licensed in both New Jersey and New York and leads a team from her office in Alpine, New Jersey, where she has been a resident for more than fifteen years.
