Sharon serves on the Global Alumni Board for the American University of Paris and supports many local organizations such as Yoga Wellness for All, ELM (also known in the music world as El Sistema) Huckleberry Youth Programs, and Larkspur and Corte Madera's public schools foundation (pioneered a $500 donation per transaction program).

Raised at North Lake Tahoe in a family of builders, architects, and real estate specialists, she completed her education in Paris, studying economics, literature, history and French to earn a B.A. in International Relations from the American University of Paris. She then worked in international marketing in Paris and in San Francisco before beginning her real estate career in 1990.

Sharon's deep knowledge of Marin real estate, the positive relationships and resources gained over the last many years focusing on Marin homes, have made her one of the area's top agents. Her buyers and sellers commend her steady guidance, her thorough understanding of the process, quick responsiveness, clear communication, her strong work ethic, and her diplomacy and skill in helping them navigate a competitive market. Sharon became a founding member of Compass' Marin group in December 2017, after several years as a Partner and Mentorship Program Lead with a premier San Francisco and Marin County luxury real estate firm.

Sharon raised her family in Larkspur, and now lives in San Anselmo- two of Marin's most charming towns which she loves to share with new buyers! She is an avid reader, hiker, skiier, traveler and volunteer: serving on the Global Alumni Advisory Board for the American University of Paris; a reading tutor for 3rd graders with the ELM program in San Rafael (Enriching Lives through Music), and her neighborhood Firewise Committee. Sharon also does non profit coaching of yoga, after completing her Yogaworks teacher training and further specialized trainings from Yoga Medicine and Yoga for Recovery.
