Sharmaine Capelli

Sharmaine Capelli has been actively involved in real estate for over 22 years. Because of her enthusiastic and passionate interest in the field, she has won several awards for customer satisfaction and production. Sharmaine embodies professionalism and competency, as this has been instrumental in the development of her work as a California REALTOR and Broker Associate. Sharmaine’s transactional history in real estate includes hundreds of transactions in the realm of residential loans, real estate listings, and purchase transactions. Sharmaine is a member of Bay East Association of Realtors and Central Valley Association of Realtors. In addition, Sharmaine holds a Master degree in Forensic Psychology, a Master degree in Marriage Family Therapy, is pursuing the completion of her PhD in Psychology, and is a Broker Associate.  In her free time, you can find her traveling with her husband and children, or simply relaxing.
