I am so thankful to have found Shari Gustafson while trying to sell my mother’s home in Fort Worth. This was a difficult and complicated situation since it was an estate. Also I was not living there. From the beginning, Shari listened to my concerns, and knew how to handle the situation in a thoughtful, yet professional manner. First off, she went out of her way to help get the home ready to sell. From finding professionals to make repairs, to her personally going and watering the lawn when it was needed. I was definitely impressed. Because of the economic downturn in real estate, selling the house became quite a long process. But Shari, never seemed deterred. She kept me constantly updated on all developments, and passed on feedback from potential buyers. She also suggested what steps to make going forward.
