Shanna Moinizand

Originally a Maryland native, I returned to my home state in 2011 by way of Seattle, drawn back by my love for the East Coast and Baltimore’s close-knit and creative community. Growing up with family in the real estate business, I always had a front-row seat to the real estate world. Inspired by that experience, I decided to jump into the industry in 2018 with a mission to make the buying and selling process easier and more accessible for my community.

Since getting my license, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 100 buyers and sellers through the real estate journey with confidence and ease. My work has spanned from vibrant city homes, peaceful rural retreats to commercial properties. I specialize in unique historic, and stand-out properties, including standout mid-century moderns and charming Craftsman cottages. Passionate about making real estate approachable, I co-host free workshops to demystify the process. With a creative approach and personalized solutions, I ensure every client feels informed, supported, and ready to achieve their goals every step of the way!
