"We first moved to the San Jose area in 2013 and were fortunate enough to have met Shanna through my companies relocation service. As we had some difficulty to find temporary housing for our larger family, Shanna was truly a blessing to help us research properties that were close to work, offered good schools, a comfortable size and reasonable pricing. Through her assistance we were able to find a beautifully remodeled home that met all our requests. She worked with us for several months as we closed on our home in Arizona. Transferring to San Jose was our most challenging move and Shanna was always persistent and patient to meet at inconvenient times which allowed us to make offers quickly in a hot seller’s market. As we enjoyed working with her so much in 2013, we've had recent opportunity to look for another home in December 2020 and were surprised to see the market was even more challenging than our previous experience. She was communicative and attentive throughout the process. Shanna kept on top of the market and really helped us zero in on the perfect neighborhood and house within two weeks. Shanna also helped facilitate an extremely difficult situation during our mortgage process: In the days leading up to the closing date for our new home, I was in the East Coast on business and my husband was incredibly busy at work here in California. At a key point in the process of finalizing the loan, our Mortgage Broker dropped the ball in a BIG way on a Friday - jeopardizing our close - then disappeared for the day and, presumably, the weekend.
