"We met Rose about 6 years ago while looking for our first home in SF. We already had an agent but didn't love working with him. He would pawn us off on his assistants, and send us listings that were in Daly City and other cities outside of SF. He clearly didn't care about our needs. Rose was very sweet, knowledgeable about the area, and just had an all-around great vibe. She is a very talented Real Estate Agent. I agree with the other reviews that she can be aggressive in the market with other agents when needed for a competitive offer. As many of you know (especially as of late), finding a home in SF can be quite a stressful and challenging process. Rose really takes the time to get to know you as a person. She will sit down with you as many times as needed to address your priorities in finding or selling a home and to re-set expectations as needed. She was always a calming force when we needed one. Rose also has great and reliable contacts that are helpful to have on speed dial when you are buying a home (i.e. contractors, carpet and hardwood floor workers, fix-it guys, gardeners, mortgage agents, etc). She's a one-stop shop! If I could give Rose 10 stars, I would! We have used her on both the buying and selling sides. "I love Rose De Angelo. I met Rose about 5 years ago when I casually popped into an open house in San Francisco. We for some reason hit it off and became friends, and stayed in touch.
