About Mark Allan

Mark Allan Levinson received his real estate license in 1978 and has specialized in San Francisco luxury residential property sales for the last 30 years. His previous affiliations include Decker Bullock, where he had the distinction of solely running the boutique San Francisco office for seven years, and then later holding the same position with Alain Pinel for over eight years. Mark was recruited by the owners of Pacific Union (now Compass) and joined the company for the exceptional, outstanding and unique caliber of its agents, the strong support of its management and staff, and the advantages of the extensive international market exposure brought by Compass, which caters to his luxury real estate clientele.


During the span of his career, Mark has sold many of the most majestic homes in Sea Cliff, Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Russian Hill and Nob Hill, as well as several luxury homes in Atherton, Tiburon and Belvedere. His recent sales include an $11.9 million home in Sea Cliff, two homes in Pacific Heights (one for $18.1 million and the other for $9.25 million), an $11 million estate in Napa and several beautiful condominiums on Nob Hill.
