Manny - A dream come true. When we first reached out to Kim Ott & Associates we had a very sparse plan. The team came out and provided us a plan for taking us from day one to closing. We ran into repairs and the team again was up to task of finding a contractor to complete the repairs. Kim provided routine updates on progress of repairs and the sale. Sean was patient and instrumental in helping understand disclosures and what to expect next.
