Dino is a second generation real estate professional who focuses on residential and multi-unit real estate sales in San Francisco. Dino and his team are well-versed in tenant/landlord matters, building codes, creative financing, and various nuances present with buying and selling property. Dino's family includes small builders / developers and specialists in numerous facets of real estate construction, which include: electrical contracting, general contracting and various supporting trades. Dino has been involved in new residential construction, income property management, and general vendor management. His experience working within various building trades in support of his family's real estate ventures provides ground-level insight and knowledge that have become integral parts of his skill set, and what he, in turn, delivers to his clients.
Dino also brings experience from the Tax Division of Deloitte & Touche and the Lubrizol Corporation (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway) where he worked with a team that focused on the management of fixed assets; including property, plant, and equipment domestically and internationally. On a personal note, Dino was a collegiate athlete who played Division III football (placekicker) for JCU where he led the team in scoring his senior year. He enjoys competitive sports, cooking, and spending time with his family, adorable son (Felix) and joyful daughter (Violeta), and 5 pound Yorkie, Bear. Dino and his incredible wife, Susie, are homeowners in the wonderful Noe Valley neighborhood.
