"Cherish is fantastic! We worked with her over a period of ~6 months to find a single family home in San Francisco (no easy task). She was very detail-oriented, extremely knowledgeable about local pricing and process, and tenacious. She was flexible and took time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Cherish, the epitome of professionalism, patience and determination, sincerely understands and cares about the needs of her clients. Her knowledge of the current housing market makes her a good strategist in securing and landing a piece of property.

In the case of our house, she discovered an interested party was jump-starting the bid. She immediately moved into action (in the middle of the evening) by positioning our offer as a pre-emptive. The previous owners accepted our offer and openhouse never made it to the 2nd weekend.

New to San Francisco, we were not aware of the intricacies of the market here, which is unlike other markets in the county, and Cherish helped us understand the demand/supply situation, including peculiarities of the SF Market such as all cash offers etc. While we had a definite idea about what we wanted, and what our budget was, Cherish was helpful in providing us insights into TICs v/s outright ownership, filled us in details about neighborhoods, even visiting certain properties we were interested in and advising us on suitability and offer strategy.
