About Serena
Embarking on my career as a real estate agent with my passion for property and rentals has been gratifying. I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in public health which has prepared me for many aspects of my real estate journey. This background in public health provides me with expert knowledge of environmental and community health principles, code compliance, safety regulations, and the well-being of tenants and owners alike. With this knowledge and my personal commitment to excellence, Chicago Central Property Management (CCPM) was founded. I am excited to bring over 20 years of expertise in rental licensing and landlord-client relations to the Advisors North team. Our focus is managing single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family buildings up to 20 units with services that include tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. We offer individual experience and personalized attention that large property management companies are unable to provide.
When I'm not dedicating myself to all aspects of property management, I care for sick and injured animals. I have a passion for helping animals and founded a non-profit 501(c)3 in 2007 that is still in operation. This experience has taught me the value of teamwork, effective communication, strategic planning, and, most importantly, the transformative power of giving back to the community.
