About Serena
A Brooklyn native, Serena has a strong knowledge of her hometown market, including Sunset Park where she grew up, Bay Ridge where she lives now, plus Bensonhurst and surrounding areas. Specializing in purchases, sales and rentals, she is fully invested in her clients’ needs and in fulfilling them with the utmost commitment to service.
Having bought a 2-family house, which she fully gut-renovated and designed in her favorite farmhouse style, Serena understands property potential, value and improvements. She is familiar with what’s required in the renovation process, from dealing with DOB to securing permits, and has access to excellent vendors she can confidently recommend, to help clients realize their vision and maximize a home’s appeal.
“I strive to constantly update my insights on the real estate market and listen intently to my clients’ goals to find the best options out there. I’m very dedicated to providing professional, reliable, honest guidance, and delivering a smooth experience from start to finish.”
Her passion for interior design further sets Serena apart. “I love the opportunity to make spaces functional, accessible, visually pleasing and sustainable, creating environments that inspire people, and improve their quality of life and well-being.”
A pharmacist by training with a background in the field, Serena graduated Magna Cum Laude with a PharmD from Long Island University. She is a licensed pharmacist, specialized in Oncology. Serena worked for Memorial Hermann Health System and MD Anderson Cancer Center, and most recently, as Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison at Eli Lilly and Company where she received awards for her perseverance and teamwork. She is a strong, efficient leader and collaborative team player with great communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, Serena loves to host, cook, hang out with her fiancé and two fur babies (Kumo the Pomeranian and Remy the Cavapoo) when not busy with work.
